I have not willfully concealed any information about this cat that might indicate such propensities. The information I have provided about this cat is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I hereby forever release, discharge and agree to hold harmless and indemnify Arizona Maine Coon Cat Rescue (AZ-MCCR), its officers, its members, volunteers, coordinators, representatives; or any other person, firm or corporation involved with the efforts or business of Arizona Maine Coon Cat Rescue (AZ-MCCR) from all claims, demands, actions or causes of action or liability of any kind incurred as a result of or in connection with the adoption, fostering, veterinary care or other disposition of the above named cat. This agreement shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the Laws of Arizona. Lawsuits or any other legal proceedings between the parties to this contract shall be brought in the courts of Maricopa County, in the State of Arizona. It is understood that neither Arizona Maine Coon Cat Rescue (AZ-MCCR) nor the individual or family adopting the cat is expected to pay you any amount for said animal.
